They have a nice happy hour with beer and cocktails for an affordable price. The Sunsets at Olas Altas are my favorite. Sunset happy hour is a killer combo (5 pm to 6:30 pm sharp). Do order your drinks in advance...

Miguel explained the menu and described a lot of things we didn’t know about like “nopal” and a few other food items that we didn’t know how to say. There are both locals and tourists here enjoying both food and drinks! My skillet was very delicious. I don’t remember what it’s called but it started with a P. The omelette was more meat than egg but it was very fun to tear apart and put some on the tortilla. The Chille..... something was very crunchy and savoury. My SO loves spicy food, so he got 4 chilli peppers to make it more spicy! The waiter mentioned earlier when we were ordering that spicy items aren’t that spicy to cater to tourists. This cafe is very beautiful. Choose to sit inside and enjoy the hipster decor, or outside and watch the ocean waves! My

A gem of an eatery nestled in the heart of old town! The menu is very creative and super tasty. They added some fun new healthy drink mixes which as a half socal girl ie kombucha, drink elixirs, and interesting takes on the popular avocado toast is sooooo appreciated. There are also traditional mexican platillos which guarantee a delicious gastronomical punch. The staff is sweet as can be, dog friendly!!!, and one of the best views in town of the ocean. Me encanto todo

We had breakfast here and dinner/drinks another night. The service and quality were outstanding. We don't typically visit chain restaurants but this place impressed us on many levels. Huge variety on the menu. Portions are large and quality was high.

The food is fantastic. The prices are great and clean bathrooms. The thing that makes it special for me is the friendly service. 3 waiters stand out. #1 Ignacio #2 Fransisco #3 Carolina This is our favorite breakfast restaurant in the area. Will I come back? 100% I will come back.

We tried two of their locations while staying in Mazatlan and had a great experience in both. My husband and I both enjoyed being able to eat some of the "comfort" foods of the US that are not so easy to find since we've moved to Mexico. We went to this location second, on a Saturday around 9:30am -, and we're able to be seated immediately, even though they had already drawn quite a crowd. My only minor complaint is that when it was time to leave and we wanted to pay, we never saw our waitress. We waited probably 15 minutes before we could pay the bill. Like I said, that was probably my only complaint. We had bought a loaf of bread and a cinnamon roll to go, which were bother very good as well. I enjoyed snacking on the cinnamon roll on our drive home. We will definitely return next time we're in town!
